a moment of clarity, a succession of new questions. age has taught me so many things and, at the same time, has proven that i don't know any more than my 12-year-old self did. life just gives a lot of examples to prove the thesis statement. yet even the simplest of truths has so many facets that any explanation to dissect the many layers of its meaning is left wanting.
